Great article Lauren. Whilst I have always been aware rose quartz was something special I had never understood how/why and I appreciate the practical examples you give for its use.

Thank you both! It is a marvellous stone and so affordable too! Remember to cleanse under running water regularly if you are wearing it, as it picks up any inharmonious energies and lifts them from you.

I love Rose Quartz. One of my favourite pieces is a Rose Quartz Crystal Heart which I just love. It has a really relaxing energy.

Funny Wendy but the Rose Quartz I have is also in the shape of a heart. I started wearing it once again after I read Lauren's article and it's been calming.
I've been running it under water as you suggested Lauren.

I love heart shaped rose quartz, the symbolism works really well. I have a group of little hearts and I can lay them out around myself and bask in the energy. Glad to hear you've got rose quartz working well for you!

Wonderful Lauren, thanks for the info on Rose Quartz. I have a lot of it because it is readily available at a store in Utah we often go to, but I hadn't heard before of the spritzing with oils idea - I love essential oils so I loved this!! I think I mentioned this before, but I had been told Rose Quartz was also a good one for cutting EMT and other electr-pollution vibes, but I think you said your prefer other quartzes for that, right?
