Hello everyone! New poster here, and as soon as I saw the Native American forum, I felt like I had to share this with everyone! If you love attending pow wows like I do, this site (www.powwows.com/calendar/displaymonth.php) has a bunch of information about upcoming pow wows and a whole bunch of info about Native American culture (www.powwows.com/category/articles/culture/)! I've been checking back every week or so in hopes that one comes to my area, lol. From what I've seen, there's a lot of pow wows going on throughout the country every weekend, so hopefully one will be happening by you in the near future. I still have to wait :P

I wait in anticipation every January for the new years schedule here in NE, Jan 18th is usually always good cause for celebration. =]

We're heading out Friday for the Cherokee of GA Pow-Wow in St. George, GA. House-sitter is lined up and the ol' Pow-Wow Pony is almost ready. Just need to get myself ready and a few projects finished.
