We all have complaints at work. How do you get your complaints heard? Here are a few tips:
- Choose your battles - complain about everything, management will hear nothing.
- Remain calm and professional - Running around, yelling at the top of your lungs will get security called, not your complaints heard.
- Think ahead - Of course management is going to have a come back as to why not. Think of all possible come backs first that way you will be prepared for any objections.
Remember - The right complaint at the right time and place makes a difference on how your comments are received.
