I stand a lot and walk a lot. I get lower back pain and aching heels. I was moaning about that today and my son said the shoes I had been wearing were too hard and flat.
I am going to investigate these shoe mats. Thanks.
Haven't read the article yet but I do know from personal experience in professional kitchens that mats are one of the most valuable items of equipment in a commercial kitchen. Life is simply miserable without them.
