I am an across-the-board reader. I read anything that catches my interest. My favorites are books that fall under 'womens literature.' I love to read biographies about political people or those like Warren Buffet, etc.

A couple of years ago I bought a book about what it was like to travel to vacation in the Catskills on New York in the 40's to 60's. It grabbed my attention because my good friend has talked about vacationing in the Catskills. The book is titled "It Happened in the Catskills" by Myrna and Harvey Frommer. The photos are a treasure, there is one of basketball great Wilt Chamberlain bellhoping in the 1950's at a place called Kutsher's.
