I'm still figuring things out, but I got myself pregnant by this guy I found out was no good, and we broke before i had my son, but now he won't leave us alone, and he keeps making threats. My younger sister is giving him information that maybe putting my new family in danger. How can I stop these two negatives from causing problems in my life? I'd like to banish them, but I don't know how. All my spells are gifts from friends, and I have no banishing spells, I don't want to get one randomly offline 'cause it might not work right.

If the father is on the birth certificate:
1. You can't leave the state but you can move to a remote part of the state.

2. If he has not been awarded visitation rights forgo receiving child support payments and fall off the radar. If you receive child support he has the right of access to the child - this varies state to state but it holds a universal truth.

3. After you have moved do not tell your friends/family where you have moved to. Put your home line under a false name. Do not give out your number. If you call friends/family members use a burn phone that has none of your information associated with the number. Be sure not to hint about your location. (The safest way is to break contact)

4. If this man is a true danger to you/child paranoia is your friend. Be mindful of traffic and watch for familiar cars/faces. Keep a detailed log of activity/phone so if an event occurs the police have something that is actionable.

5. I know many will tell you to get a restraining order. I would strongly advise against it. You have to provide all of your details - addresses, phone numbers, place of employment, day care provider, family addresses - the whole nine yards. He gets a copy of that with all the details and is told to stay away. If he is truly dangerous he will use this information as a tool to keep you running rather than obey the law - stalker mentality.

If he is not on the birth certificate and has no established legal rights to the child ..... Get Out Of The State and follow the other steps. Only do this if he has no legal binding to the child. If he does have established legal rights and you leave the state you can be charged with endangerment and kidnapping.

The goal here is to get you and your child into a safe and stable living situation so you can get on with life. The best way for you to accomplish this is to fall off the radar. You will have to come to terms with yourself and your life when making these kinds of drastic changes to find a way toward acceptance, which is a challenging thing to do. (Without acceptance this is not an effective path to walk on) There is personal pain experienced when cutting ties to what is familiar. Be truthful and honest with yourself to better brace yourself for it.

I would suggest getting into a parenting group for single mothers, as you are likely to find others in that group dealing with the same issues.

Once you are settled perform a binding spell. Burn sage throughout every room in your new home/apt on a regular basis. Place cedar oil/blocks in closed spaces like drawers and cupboards. Meditate in outside air and allow negative feelings to flow through and out of you outside to avoid trapping negative energy in your dwelling. Negative people pick up on negative energy ... whether they know it or not.

Keep the interior of your dwelling positive and soothing. A negatively charged person is hard pressed to sense it. Burn aromatic candles, take essential oil baths, keep and use lavender. Thank you for your reply. He has no legal rights to my son, but I don't have the money to move away right now. I'm going to school online, and can't even really afford my own home. I'm living with my aunt who has custody of my younger sister. My choice of this religion is based on a need for stability and help with keeping my mind clear. I have some mental problems inherited from my parents that I am trying to deal with in a way that doesnt involve drugs. At this point, he has stopped contacting me since I told him I would get a restraining order if he continued his behavior. I wish he was better composed because I would love for my son to know his father, but I dont think he will be able to have that opportunity. I would like to stay in the area so my little one can know his grandparents as well. I am actually referring to my exs parents. I dont think my own parents are a positive influence, especially my father. I was also wondering if you know of any reliable sites to find good spells since I am currently very limited. At this point, living with my son is very safe, since she rents property and keeps watch dogs. She even owns a hand gun if a truly dangerous incident arose, not that I would enjoy having said wepon used, but it is there. One of my main concerns at this point is no longer my ex, but my sister, who apparently feels the need to continue being friends with and associating with my ex. You always want to keep in mind the Law of Three and do nothing to harm or influence another's free will, but you certainly have the right to protect yourself.

Good luck. BTW, if it were me I would bind your sister to stop her from harming you, but not worry about what she and your ex do together. That's their problem, not yours.
