I was wondering what took so long but I forget that health care is a big P.I.T.A. Many of my clients have to wait months for procedures here in AZ the retirement capital of the U.S.
One thing I learned recently from a Ballet dvd is that you can still get the heart rate up if you use a lot of arms and kicks without the squatting or lunging so on that squat to kick one thing you can do is bring arms overhead then pump them down hard as you kick and alternate sides really fast. I tried this the other day and it was just as intense. You obviously won't get the muscle building and toning from the squat but it's a good substitute for now.
If I had a client who could not do jumping jacks or jumping jack squats I would have them do the jumping jack in a plank position which is actually about 10 times harder. It's awesome for fatloss, and core stability. Check it out here:
Plank Jacks. This core exercise is so evil and most people can't and shouldn't do it but you can.
I'm actually adding 3 more chapters to the ebook with more core exercises, diet tips, and other stuff. When I do I'll send you an email so you can grab the new version of the ebook.
