I finally got the Table of Contents done today. Finishing a book is like playing whack-a-mole; something else is always popping up to be completed!

I would love to hear what some of you think of the book. I kept the price low, so that if you want to print it out, it won't cost you and arm and a leg. E-books are wonderful, but I like a paper copy to write all over. This book can be printed. At 85 pages, it's a quick read, too.

If you want to read it, but you don't want to download the book, you can read most of it by downloading the table of contents and printing it out. Then, use it to go through the articles in order. You won't have the insights with each article, the resources, or the forward and afterward, but you can get the basic articles without paying the $2.99.
