Sounds like depression to me, seriously has nose out of joint over little one. Try to get her out in the sunlight to absorb some Vit D, up the taurine. Get her active (get those feel good endorphin's flowing) and plenty of quality of time with just you and her.
Gradually introduce the baby, supervise them at all times. When she is up, and make sure you keep her up, make her the center of the world.
