Hi Carolina, many thanks for your feedback. Yes, it is surprising how few people put aside protected time (routinely) to concentrate on themselves. This is so crucial to your overall success and happiness. (JOY)

For me, you always have to push activities that should be done now forward or on hold until it has piled up to the point where the stacks of things to be done is daunting to say the list.

I have been hearing this more and more. If we don't take time to take care of ourselves, eventually we are good to no one.
