We cleaned the house really good yesterday! Deep cleaning, ya know, because I just felt we needed to get rid of some negative energies that were hanging around.

I burnt cedarwood incense and smudged the house with sage, followed by sweetgrass. It was yummy!! And the house felt so clear and energized.

When you cleanse your home, what are your favorite methods for clearing out negative energy?

Opening all of the windows. Burning my oils and cleaning the floors. Dog hairs!

My favorite oils to burn are patchouli and lemon... I bought some pink crystals that I can use in the oil burner called Angel Wings... it smells of the perfume Angel, just for a change. Girly stuff!

The perfume angel sounds "heavenly" LOL!!! I LOVE filling my home with scents.

Lemon is another one I love - and tangerine mixed with sandalwood!

Oh yes, cleaning those floors!! I'll have the kids take the dog outside, brush her really good, then we'll vacuum and mop! It definitely makes the home feel clean and energized!

I was telling my dog this morning (because no one else is yet awake) that the next dog will be one of the naked ones!! She just looked at me and huffed like "yeah right! Good luck with that!" HA HA.

OH DEAR you have no idea how much your post just made me laugh. I can just imagine you talking to the dog, I can see you the dog, and the naked one!
