The National Association of the Deaf is suing Netflix saying they, "violated the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) by failing to provide closed captioning for most of its 'Watch Instantly' movies and television shows that are streamed over the internet." (source care2)
I am very happy about this. For years they have ignored this select group and their voices. I have even signed a petition for adding closed captioning to all movies. It is about time they face the issue head on.
