Hi Everyone:

I am by no means an expert on aids/hiv like our Bella editor Jontay but I was wondering what your thoughts are on the subject of your diet having something to do with how your body fights this disease?

Angela,

Eating a balanced diet is pivitol for everyone. Those who are diagosed with HIV/AIDS can benefit from having a balanced diet. Once the body is taken care of, the body can then fight off virus' and rebuild CD4 cells. Maintaining a healthy diet is one step that people living with the virus can do to ensure they are providing their body with the best defense possible.
