As summer heats up, it is important to make sure you are drinking enough water. I have heard that normal drinking water is not good, among other things, because of the fluoride in it. Distilled water is better and you can add minerals and oxygen into it. Does anyone have any other thoughts on this? Or news we should know?

You are right - avoid chlorine and fluoride. Using a filter on your drinking water is very helpful - that's what I do. Distilled is not good, nor is water that has gone through a reverse osmosis system.

They gave Synthroid but I can't tell the difference.
