Over 25 years ago, my husband and I took an Indian cooking course. The food was so satisfying. Since then, Indian food has been a part of our lives. When I get a bunch of food that needs to be used pronto, I raid the spice cabinet and start cooking Indian type food. We always have fresh ginger and garlic, so it's easy to get it going.
