Want to know what the difference between a fatloss workout and a weight loss workout is?

A weight loss workout focuses strictly on weight loss as well as fatloss and can result in some muscle loss. They can be slightly longer and are moderate to high intensity.

A fatloss workout on the other hand is 100% about fatloss not weight loss which means you have to do whatever it takes to maintain as much lean muscle. This means shorter more effective and much higher intensity. Lots of complex exercises, cardio intervals, and for heavier lifting at a faster pace.

BTW, fatloss is much more complicated and involved that weightloss. Weightloss is easy when you do all the right things. Fatloss can be slower and more frustrating even when you do a lot of the right things.
