Thor opens this weekend so I just added a couple of Thor's Hammer Workout options. The first one is a high intensity fatloss workout the second one is a killer yoga flow for THORacic mobility and flexibility. Great stuff but definitely not for beginners. Check it out and let me know if you try it.
Anybody can do it. Just be careful and take it very slow. Break it up into manageable segments. A good warm-up beforehand might be a great idea too. An easy walking, biking, calisthenics, or dance workout is a good idea to loosen up.
That kb juggle looks so fun and the hammer of Thor move is really cool. I actually tried that when I first got my harbinger medicine balls w/handle. I think my lats were sore for 2 days.
