Workout shorts weather is here! I love wearing yoga hot pants to workout because they are awesome for showing off killer legs but also great for disguising a less than perfect tummy and making the butt look more perky when you still have some firming up to do.
The best waistband that flatters all women is the wide fold-over kind. It doesn't matter what kind of lower body you have you can find workout shorts, yoga hot pants, and yoga crops in all lengths and with all kinds of waistbands: drawstring, wide not fold-over, high waist, ruched fold over, even control top (two clients have the control top crops and love them)!
