Do you have an exercise buddy? I have one now and what a huge difference it makes.

I need to drive a ways to get to her, but it worth it. I also find that I don't like to go to the gym without my husband or kids either.

Some people find that a lot of zen during their exercise routine. I do when I'm walking in nature, but I find that I need some social encouragement to get to a gym work-out!

I exercise with my 2 dogs:) I walk them every morning and evening and they never let me skip a day!

I have in the past but they just slow me down. I do it better solo but workout buddies are good for those who need extra motivation as long as you don't spend the entire time chatting and chillaxing too much it works
