I'm trying a hybrid workout today, TRX pilates fusion. I know this sounds crazy and weird but lots of dancers are using the TRX so I'm gonna give it a try.
Check out one of the hybrid exercises that I'll be doing. It's called the
trx side plank leg swing series (40 second video). This exercise is hard!
I've already been doing floor versions of this for months so I'm ready to take off the floor now. I will be sore tomorrow for sure!
