How long do you stick with a certain yoga dvd before moving on to a more challenging one? Does that vary or do you just do the same one all the time?

Dear Monica -

I keep getting ones from friends to test out and review, so we'll have to see once I get through the review pile and am just doing it "for myself" which one I like smile

I would think it would depend on how I was feeling that day, if I was looking for relaxation vs a hard workout or so on.

I used Rodney for a looong time. Years actually. It wasn't until My Yoga online offered me a trial membership for a review here that I tried something new and then I tried studio for a while then went back to My Yoga online where I practiced with many instructors via laptop.

Then I found Shiva Rea and I have 3 of her dvd's that I rotate. I want to try others but I just love Shiva's style so much.

I love a lot of the instructors on youtube. Sadie Nardini, Esther from Yogatic is awesome and so is Dashama. I sometimes do quickie practice or get tips from them but not often.
