Not really but I wanted to see how many people would click on this forum post if I made an outrageous claim like that.
It actually took me 18 months to lose 30 pounds mostly because I was kidding myself about how healthy I was eating and how hard I was really exercising. I used to take fat burners and other supplements too and those didn't help either.
