I had the best night of sleep ever last night and I just realized it's due to the moderate intensity functional workout from 6pm last night.
I don't have a set workout time so I workout at all hours of the day depending on what I have going on. Some evenings I do a high intensity circuit or yoga or walk/sprints at the park. I've never noticed whether any of it has a connection between seriously deep sleep or just o.k. sleep but I'm going to start paying attention now.
Is there any type of exercise that helps you sleep like a baby?
