I am glad to see that you have insurance as it seems that folks LOVE to "sue"

And what they don't realize is that it takes YEARS sometimes to collect if they win (lol).

Fortunately, we have never had any accident that was caused by the band at any of our gigs. So far, the worst thing was when someone tripped over an umbrella stand that a theme park had just moved into our area so we could have shade. The very nice lady was not badly injured, and did not seem interested in suing. They brought her into the office to make sure she was OK, and I think maybe they gave her a freebie of some kind.

We have had some very humorous and weird occurrences at our shows over the years, though.
