Does this sound like the unfit drama queen that lives in your body or in your brain? "I've tried EVERYTHING and NOTHING works for me. I exercise so hard practically every day and nothing seems to work.
Poor me, I just have to deal with the reality that I'm big boned, genetically pre-disposed to stubborn fat or just big and curvy. Boo hoo, I just have to accept my unfit and unhealthy body the way it is."
Kill that drama queen with kindness. Stop feeding her toxic foods, stop letting her lie about how often and how hard she actually exercises and how healthy she eats. Stop letting her be selfish and self absorbed.
Take her for a walk 5 days a week, force some strength training on her three times a week, take her to a Zumba class once a month, do a little yoga with her twice a week. Try some pilates or core conditioning with her once a week.
Feed her some greens, give her some berries and nuts as snacks instead of cakes and chips. Don't let her watch hours and hours of t.v. or sit in front of the computer all day posting depressing posts in depressing forums. Take her out to do something fun instead with other fun people who like themselves.
She may not like all this at first, she'll probably complain a lot, but she'll soon realize you just care about her and she'll ask you for more of that. Over time she will order you to give it to her and then you won't even recognize her or that person staring back at you in the mirror.
Kill that drama queen with kindness and you'll have the fit healthy body you both want so badly!
