My hope would be that some day soon asking this question would be like asking the question "what should we address for blue eyed people in the work place" - a question we don't even have to ask because there isn't anything different at all about how they are treated. I would hope that women are treated just as evenly as anyone else and there aren't any special rules or requirements at all.
I.e. while we could say that women shouldn't be harassed or bullied I think *nobody* should be harassed or bullied.
