Do you really want to depend on our current health care system to bail you out when you get sick? I certainly don't which is why I take full responsibility for my health and wellness by eating healthy, exercising regularly, and being proactive about reducing stress.

In case you didn't know, exercise, a clean healthy diet, and stress reduction actually work to prevent a majority of diseases. They can also cure disease (yes cure) and reverse other conditions and syndromes i.e. depression, prostate issues, asthma, diabetes, lupus, rheumatoid arthritis and many other health problems.

Why play the innocent victim card and blame insurance companies and drug companies and food companies and the government. It's not their fault. You have a choice! You can take control of your health!! If you don't want to do it for yourself at least do it for your family.
