How does a multi-tasking workout work? It doesn't. I tried this yesterday. I put on a movie, started dinner and tried to workout while cooking dinner and watching the movie but I wasn't doing any of those things very well so I stopped working out, shut off the movie and focused on dinner then had a small serving of dinner (wasn't very hungry last night) waited about half an hour then exercised for 20 min. then turned on the movie and stretched while watching the first part of the movie.

Multi-tasking during a workout doesn't really work. Especially if you are serious about burning calories, losing fat, and getting healthy.

If you want results from your workout efforts just elimminate all the distractions and dedicate 20 minutes of your time to focused exercise. You'll get much better results faster!!
