I learn new exercises all the time. Sure, you could say that it's my job to do this but I also do it for my own benefit. I learn and try new exercises to avoid fitness and fatloss plateaus, to keep my workouts fun and exciting, and to prevent weight gain, injuries, and mindless robotic exercising.

My new favorite exercise is called the supine kipping prep. You do it laying down and get totally out of breath! It's intense and so fun.
