Do you really need to hit crisis mode or defcon 1 to start living a healthy life? Why do you think most people wait until they are dying of cancer, have diabetes, heart disease, debilitating anxiety or depression, or biggest loser obesity to start caring?

Maybe you think caring about your body is not as important as your family, as your religion or spirituality or your education, or worst as important as watching the latest episode of whatever the heck is on t.v. these days or what some stranger posted in your favorite forum?

How bad does it have to get before you start taking action?

I have a client who's been hitting the candy hard since her mom passed away. She stopped coming in to workout at all for 6 months after her mom died and isn't very consistent.

The result of this is blood pressure meds, TMJ, and back pain so now she's in the gym full time.

Are you waiting until your body hits def con 1 to get fit and healthy. I can tell you from training tons of clients who do that it's not a smart idea.
