Who is brave enough to try and make their own essential oils? I have to admit, I really got excited while researching for this article. I thought, oh man that would be fun. Then I remembered how HORRIBLE I am about keeping up with a garden of any kind. I always have such good intentions, but always fail. So for now, I will stick with purchasing mine

Which oils are hard to come by? Can oils for candlemaking be used for medicinal purposes? As in aromatherapy?

The bad news is that with the current crude oil increase, everything is going up. March 1st many fragrance oil suppliers increased their prices. Clove is in a current shortage. The list of essential oils for aromatherapy is long. I recently purchased "The Essential Oils Book: Creating Personal Blends for Mind and Body". I've only had a chance to scan it but it looks very informative. I'm looking forward to some quiet time to dive into it.
