Hi Sharon:

GREAT site smile

One tip someone passed my way is to only check your "emails" like every hour and not as they come in. The only issue I have with this is if I miss something critical = so I have not used this tip as yet.

Anyone using this tip?
Does it work?

Bye for now!

You are on fire today with great stuff! Two things that work really well for me in addition to all your great tips are delayed gratification and making sacrifices.

I don't get to watch a movie or check emails until I complete a set number of tasks for the day. I also give up things for short periods of time to accomplish goals i.e. I often give up socializing on forums and/or watching movies sometimes my Starbucks habit or my hobbies if I feel it well help me accomplish my task faster.

All that stuff will be there waiting for me as a nice reward when I finish what I set out to do. This may sound too rigid for some but it works for me.

I'm actually getting ready to start a forum/movie ban for 3-4 few weeks next week.

Hi Monica, love your tips and I have started to do the same thing. Yes, as I mature I now realize that "delaying" some things is worth it in the long run smile
