Did you know that there are dozens of walking workouts that you can do and I'm not just talking about dvd options. How many styles of walking workouts have you tried? What is your favorite and why?
I pose questions like this from time to time to gauge interest on topics for articles. This one got very few views and one comment about how you just walk to get where you're going so probably won't be writing about this topic at least on this site but thanks for your input.
Hopefully with gas prices going up to around $5/gallon soon more people will start walking and biking again for transportation. Maybe I should write about that : )
