I'd love to know what your definition of "Learning Disabilities" is. Not sure where you are based, but I wonder if definitions vary across areas/countries/continents.

Thank you so much for your welcome! A learning disability is basically a discrepency between the expected level of achievement and the actual level of achievement. Different factors may cause difficulty in learning. The person may have trouble performing different tasks or skills, such as reading, writing, processing information, etc.
