I have a pet Cockitiel I could supply some info on him I suppose if that suits.

We have an outstanding bird editor Birds Though I have done some exotic bird articles including Cockitiel

I would love to learn everything you know about Cockatiels. I love birds and have had many.

Nanday Conures are my love at this time...have 3 (call me a glutton for punishment)
also articles on feral cats and their care for be greatly appreciated. Sadly recently found that the cats provided to me from a local TNR program did not check to see if the cats had either Aids or Leukemia and after a rather heavy vet bill I am so pleased to let you know the 3 we just took in may not be in great health but all problems are treatable. I continue to believe that TNR programs are great but not all are run as they should be. I guess the one good thing that came from this was while nursing the sick "ferals" I came to see that they were not feral but rather unsocialized and now are the new owner of 3 new house kitties ...poor hubby but he does put up with me...hehe

I had a Mitred conure once, Somewhere between buying a hand-fed Amazon and a blue and gold. He is quite the interesting little fellow. Having moved from California to South Dakota I don't have all my bird breeders within a stone's throw so I don't have the access I once did. That is probably a good thing

Kitties, ferals, unsocalized, I have them all, and will continue adding from whoever needs our help. Compassionate and understanding spouses are at the core of my soul. I would never have accomplished what I have without my soul mate (13-years this Feeb 28). I will have to admit my first husband had been pretty decent about it as well (20-years).

I am awfully fond of servals and other small wildcats. Two more animals I would like to know more about as pets are Ring Tail cats and Kinkajous. Coatimundi are also interesting!

Coatimundi I have done. I thought it sounded familiar but somehow I missed putting it in the index or site map. I am losing it! Ring Tail cats and Kinkajous are on my to do list, both great ideas.

Servals are in the works as a continuation of that cat series. I still have some information to find, breeders ect. Perhaps Sabira can steer me in the right direction
