Hi Tina,
One of my favorites is "Sweeping Changes" and it's a zen-type book about how the little ways we clean and organize can have a profound, spiritual effect on us and our environments. I just love it. It reminds me to appreciate the simple things and simple acts of life.
Unlike most people, as I grow older, I have fewer and fewer things. I just give away or donate most of the stuff I enjoy for a short while. I love living simply!
