Sorry I've been absent for awhile. Much has been happening in my life lately, not the least of which were the deaths of my mother and my uncle.

My article today was about "mind games." What do you do to exercise your mind? Do you like to play computer games, board games, card games?

In addition to computer games, I really enjoy playing bridge. Unfortunately, though, not many people play bridge any more. I used to belong to a bridge club. However, I was the youngest member. After a few of the members died and we couldn't replace them, we decided to disband. I do play online occasionally, but it just isn't the same. :o)

I have read that keeping the mind engaged does help with the aging process. Personally, I love doing puzzles the "old fashioned" way. Not into the "online" versions = stresses me out
