hi rosie im taking metformin for diabetes and if i want to eat chocolate i do, im like you i cant eat it in moderation but i just eat it lol.as long as your blood doesnt read to high eat some. ----- slow metabolism angela, try eating acai berry capsules , ive been on them for 7 days and im losing weight good and feel great.

there are 500mg capsules and 1200mg capsules try the 500mg first and see what you think, drink water and lemon juice before a meal or cider vinegar diluted with water. its medication that put weight on me --- steroids for arthritis. look for sales in herbalists or try and get a discount , tell them you can get them cheaper somewhere else they should knock you something off. what herbalists do you have, are you in england or usa
