I love inversions. They make me feel happy and giggly inside. Today I just tried Forearm Stand (against the wall) and that went great. I figure if I keep getting up there in a supported way, at some point i will move away from the wall. And then I can work on Scorpion!

What inversions do people like to do, or are trying to do?

Yay Jilly! Congratulations on coming that much closer to accomplishing Scorpion! I think using the wall is a great idea. I use the wall to work on Handstand by coming into a pike position with my toes on the wall and my hands on the floor. From there I'm working on lifting my toes off the wall smile

The other inversion I'm working on is Tripod Headstand. I've been able to come into this inversion quite often, now I'm working on my alignment and holding it for longer than 30 seconds.

I use the wall for handstand too. I can usually get one leg away, but have not tried to do it without the wall at all. Okay - once i did - but i had a spotter. smile

Getting a good alignment for 30 seconds of tripod headstand sounds awesome. I can get up into that but have no idea if my alignment is correct. And I never time how long to hold things. That is a good idea.

My growth right now is a bit stymied because I don't really have a wall in here in the RV. I have to screw around to have room to do anything, really, and mess with chair backs and such.
