i used to make home made wine up to two years ago but ive not got round to making any since due to moving home. my favourite was a mixture of apple, white grape, and banana. it tastes beautiful, if you use champagne yeast it tastes better than ordinary champagne, also if you add mango to the other fruits its nice too. the only problem i found with using champagne yeast was when i was filtering? air bubbles used to stop the flow inside the filtering pipes and i kept having to get the flow going again. i always made it from liquidised fruit and water it didnt alter the taste and friends asked me to make it for them, i had 22 gallon on the go at the same time, its 10 times better than bought wine.
