My husband and I are thinking of giving it a try since we both need to lose some pounds. Not only that, but we always overcook and end up wasting too much food. Plus, I'm thinking the time saved cooking and cleaning up could be exercise time. Has anyone else tried it? Is the food any good? Am I dreaming about it simplifying my life?
I tried Nutrisystems and the food tasted like cardboard! I do better eating a healthy diet and cutting portions. I guess I like my own cooking too much. WE eat lots of veggies and fresh stuff, little processed food, etc. Nutrisytems was full of stuff I wouldn't ordinarly eat at all!
Personally I have not but my old mechanic's daughter and her husband did. It was expensive and once you stop buying their products, the weight came back.
I found Weight Watchers cheap and could be continued in spite of not using their products.
