What did your Groundhog predict -- six more weeks of winter or an early spring?
When I was growing up in Tacoma, Washington, our Groundhog was Tacoma Tilly. I did not hear about any festival or whether or not we have an official Groundhog prognosticator here is Washoe County, Nevada -- but it was a bright sunny morning and I am sure our Groundhog would have seen his shadow. That would give us six more weeks of winter.
We have been having lovely spring-like weather for almost two weeks. I hope it stays this way. I really do not want to see more snow down here in the valley -- snow in the mountains is ok.
