Loved your article. It really is a shame they missed the mark on this one, the cartoon (which almost sounds like an insult when I say it) is so very well done and just wonderful. We (my family and I) had high hopes for the "Last Airbender' but unfortunately as has been the case with M-Knight it is HOLY HIT or wow that was a disaster.
They have signed for three films, perhaps they will make up for it in Book 2?

I hope so, I really wanted the live action to succeed, to encourage more people to look at anime. But as long as the live action films get poor reviews, and miss almost everything about the anime that made it perfect, there's not much hope.
