One way yoga has really helped me is by teaching me to breathe deeper and one of my favorite combination of poses is the sun salutation. You can do it slow as a warm up and then quicken the pace for a good workout.

I've read several books now that talk about how these basic stretches and moves are key to do every day, to keep your body working properly. They don't take a lot of time, and they can be key to long term health!
