This one I use on occasion. But I usually remove myself from negative or manipulating people.
Go within and envision yourself condensing all of your mental energy. I envision myself with my head down, knees to chest, arms around the knees, starting out with radiating a small flame light energy. As it increases I see myself spreading my arms out and standing within that force.
Around you and the light is a reflective cape, it mirrors back any energy they dispense outward on to you or others.
I notice they yawn a lot or just feel drained. I use to do it to my ex and he said, I feel like someone drugged me.
Um, yup! That's about what your energy does to others. I didn't say that but I was thinking it. Out here where we live I can think of about 1/2 dozen people I'd like to give his number to, too!
These types of places seem to attract like minded individuals and it can be terribly draining!
