I love using fresh herbs in my recipes that I grew myself. I make tea from the mints, salads from the parsley, pesto from the basil and I use sage, rosemary and thyme in lots of dishes.

It's fun to find new ways to use them, like making herbal oils or vinegars too. You can make your own for pennies compared to what it costs to buy gourmet oils and vinegars.
