I take Yoga Journal magazine and they have a
21 Day Yoga Challenge posted online with free videos and audios of workouts and meditations.
If anybody out there has been wanting to start a home practice, this has a lot of workouts to get you started on it.
I read the article in Yoga journal which said classes are ok but everybody needs a home practice as well. I tend to do less than a full hour at home so that's one reason I like the classes.
