Meantime, let me be the first to state some of mine.
This year :::::drum roll:::: we will be painting the main level and the upstairs level.
And ::::louder drum roll:::: redoing the guest bath off the foyer.
I have 5 kids so painting needs to be done fairly regularly around here. The last time we painted the main level we skipped the molding and ceilings, so this time around they will be given a fresh coat, too.
Upstairs involves a hallway, laundry and 3 of the 4 bedrooms. Each kiddo is to meet with me to plan a new vision for their room. My 15yo is going back and forth between red and brown and blue and brown.
The powder room is an embarrassment to me. The walls were painted in a hurry one very long day ago, because I had guests coming and couldn't seem to get the fingerprints from one of my then toddlers off the walls no matter how much I scrubbed. So I grabbed some leftover pink paint and painted the room, including the ceiling! Sheer desperation, I tell ya! It was dry in the 90 minutes it took them to arrive and I've never gotten around to changing it. I have big plans, so stay tuned!
