Hi Farjana, What is it that you would like to know?
In the meantime am sending you an address, Bayreuth.de, just type it in, you will get Bayreuth.de das Internetportal der Stadt Bayreuth, that then takes you to the main page this has a rather impressive photo of the new Rathaus, which is mainly just an official building that deals with administrative things, although they do hold concerts there.
The link initially goes to a German site but if you press the UK flag, the Union Jack which is second flag along on the top left hand side of the page, that will lead you to all the official pages in English, including tourist information.
Again on the left hand side you will see a link to City Hall, press that and you reach facts and figures amongst other things, press the Advice Centre link then you will be by the Municipal Advice Centre with all types of addresses etc. including help for foreigners, again everything is in English, perhaps that might be of help in the meantime.
Just let me know what it is that you need.
