Well, I have been working on Crow for a few minutes each day - today I came really close and let myself go for it, and then bonked right on my head. Next time I will put pillows in front of me!

I really feel I almost found my balance. I was excited. Usually I try to pivot on my arms and then fall back onto my feet. Falling onto my head was a leap of faith.

The nice thing about working on Crow each day is that everything else seems easier now! For example, I am doing better with my handstands. Although I can only do them supported, I did manage to get one leg away from the wall today. That felt awesome.

It really helps me to have a few fun poses to work on. It adds to the fun factor. I feel really jazzed after giving things a try. I love trying inversions. Being upside down makes me feel like a kid again.

Some day I will have to try Scorpion. It looks so amazing and I bet it feels great. We will see if i can get Crow first, eh? smile

Okay, I now have Crow pose! I am thrilled! I will be working on holding it longer and more fluidly.

Now my new goal is Scorpion. I am starting by doing Elbow Stand against the wall. I guess i need to work on my core to get it away from the wall? I think once i can do elbow stand unsupported then scorpion will fall into place?
